The Simplest Blueberry Muffins

Makes 16 light and fluffy blueberry muffins!

Ingredients:
10.5 oz Self raising flour
1tsp Baking powder
3.5 oz Caster sugar
3.5 oz Butter
2 eggs
150ml milk
Blueberries (as many as you wish)

Method: 
Pre heat the oven to 180 (160 for fan assisted) and grease a muffin tin
1. Sieve the flour and baking powder together
2. Cream the butter and sugar together (add some vanilla extract here if you wish) and add the eggs
3. Mix the flour mixture with the butter and sugar and slowly add the milk as you stir
4. Stir in the blueberries (as many as you wish)
5. Scoop into muffin cases
6. Bake for 40 minutes
