Light Israeli Salad

A simple Israeli salad is so refreshing and light; what's great about it is that it doesn't need a heavy salad dressing, just a squeeze of lemon juice.
Ingredients: 
2 plum tomatoes
Half a cucumber
1 red pepper
Half a red onion
2 sprigs of flat leaf parsley 
The juice of half a lemon 

Method: 
1. Finely chop the tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper, red onion and parsley. 
2. Put all ingredients into a bowl 
3. Add the choice of half a lemon 
4. Combine it all 
5. Serve
