Beefy Italian Burgers
Delicious meaty burgers served with fries and Israeli salad.
Ingredients (makes 6):
500g beef mince
3-4 sprigs of flat leaf parsley
Half red onion
To serve:
Burger buns
Fries/Chips
Salad for inside the burgers
Israeli salad
Method:
1. Chop the onion and parsley finely
2. Mix together the beef, onion and parsley and shape into 6 burgers
3. Put the burgers on a tray and keep in the fridge (for at least an hour before cooking to keep them together)
4. Fry the burgers to your preference (to check how cooked they are, put a knife into the top and then push the burger down to see the colour of the juices).
5. Lightly toast the burger buns (this will stop any of the meat juices making the bun soggy)
6. Assemble the burger
7. Serve with chips or fries and a small Israeli salad.
