Little chocolate cakes

Makes 4 cupcake sized chocolate cakes

Ingredients: 
1 egg
60g self raising flour
60g soft butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
15g cocoa powder
2tbsp boiling water

Method:
1. Pre heat the oven to 160 fan assisted and line a cake tin
2. Beat the egg, flour, caster sugar, butter and baking powder together in a mixer
3. Put the cocoa powder in a separate bowl and mix in the boiling water to form a paste
4. Add the paste to the other mixture and combine well
5. Separate the mixture into 4 of the cake cases and bake for 20-25 minutes
