Carrot cake (with walnuts)

Makes 2 individual carrot cake loaves

Ingredients: 
90ml vegetable oil
80g plain flour
1/2tsp bicarbonate soda
1 egg
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
100g grated carrot
30g chopped walnuts

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 140 fan assisted and grease 2 individual loaf tins
2. Mix all the ingredients together (minus the walnuts)
3. Pour the mixture evenly between the 2 loaf tins
4. Push the walnuts down into the tops of the loaves
5. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes
