Cheesy Tagliatelle with Chicken Meatballs

Serves 4

Ingredients:
1 pack of heck chicken mealballs
200g dried tagliatelle
50g butter
50g plain flour
800ml milk
160g grated cheese
1 red onion, chopped

Method:
1. Put a pan of lightly salted water on to boil and add the tagliatelle
2. Cook the chicken meatballs according to the instructions on the packet
3. For the cheese sauce, add butter to a small saucepan and stir until melted
4. To the butter, add the flour and whisk into a ball
5. Slowly add the milk a little bit at a time and whisk into a smooth sauce
6. Add the grated cheese, a handful at a time until all melted in and then stir in the red onion
7. Leave the sauce to simmer until the tagliatelle and meatballs are cooked
8. Drain the pasta and stir in the cheese sauce
9. Serve with Heck chicken meatballs
